System Errors

If you have received one of the following errors:

Sorry, this page is currently not available. This error has been logged so that we can correct it in the future. Please provide this error number to the System Administrator: ########.

And you are processing an RDC
Follow this procedure:

Break the RDC into smaller time segments.  You can have more than 1 RDC for the same person in ePAC if the pay periods do not overlap.

Server Error

Recursive error in error-page calling for /Error.do, see the application log for details.

Follow these procedures in this order:

1.  Make sure you are access ePAC at one of these locations, not using a bookmark.

     E-Business Web Site

2.  Clear all your temporary internet files, including history, and cookies. 
IE 7 Instructions

Go to the browser menu and click the tools menu. 
Select Internet Options. 
There is a delete button in the browsing history section.  Click it and then click delete files in the Temporary Internet Files Section.
Once completed close your browser and reopen it.
Re-enter the transaction.

Mozilla Firefox 3.0.5 Instructions
Go to the browser menu and click the tools menu.
Select Options. 
Click on the Privacy icon
Click the clear now button  in the private data section.
Check only the Cache checkbox.
Click the clear private data now button.
Once completed close your browser and reopen it.
Re-enter the transaction.

3.  Try entering the transaction on another computer.

4. Verify if there have been any computer updates since you last accessed ePAC.
These may have an effect on functionality.

5. Change your Browser
If you are using Internet Explorer try downloading Mozilla Firefox.  If you are using Mozilla Firefox, try using IE.  You can download a free copy of Mozilla Firefox here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
