Annual self-evaluations due June 22

Don’t forget, the deadline to submit your annual self-evaluation is June 22. All VUMC staff will need to complete a self-evaluation in Performance Central on the HR Website. There, you will rate your job performance over the past year and explain how you have supported your departmental goals and the VUMC organizational goals. Click here for help completing your annual self-evaluation.

If you were hired before April 1, you have a form available in Performance Central. All staff members and managers have to submit a self-evaluation by June 22. If your end-of-orientation evaluation falls between April 1 and June 22, you and your manager will complete the annual evaluation process.

Training resources available
We offer training resources to managers and staff on how to write an effective annual review and use the form in Performance Central as well as tips on effective performance conversations. The training includes webinars, quick eLearning resources and job aids.

June 15 deadline for compliance courses
All the modules you NEED to complete are listed in the Compliance Portal, where you can verify completion and progress. Your completion of compliance training is vital to meet many regulatory requirements and is one of the requirements for any FY19 pay increase.

If you are a new employee hired after April 1, you will be assigned the VUMC initial compliance module that will need to be completed as well.Annual Evaluation Timeline
